Alison Hill
Alison Hill
CEO / Co-Founder

As a professional ‘head-mechanic’ Ali has worked with ‘em all. From high- falutin’ Executives through to people suffering with chronic pain (hey, they might actually be the same!) Alison specialises in assisting individuals and teams transition through the tough stuff. We really love working with Alison at Pragmatic Thinking…she actually listens to us; like, err without even checking Facebook or Instagram or stuff; it’s a unique skill.

Darren Hill
Darren Hill
Executive Director

Darren understands people like few others. A Behavioural Scientist, Darren studies people at work for a living. The rest of team find this really awkward sometimes…(it’s like he’s watching ALL the time) Darren is a country lad with a city brain, making him a great guy to talk business strategy with, but also handy if you need to herd cattle… as you do.

Tracy Tregenza
Tracy Tregenza
EA Extraordinaire

A self confessed organising junkie, Tracy loves nothing more than seeing a plan come together. She’s the EA that teaches other EA’s how it’s done. Her ability to read a situation and know what needs to happen before you realise there’s even a problem is uncanny. The backbone of Pragmatic Thinking, Tracy is the go-to gal on how things are run. She’s also an avid foodie, a cake-maker extraordinaire, and the protector of ‘special’ dogs.

Ryan Lewty
Ryan Lewty
Behavioural Strategist + Facilitator

Ryan is obsessed about using brain and body science to help people thrive in life. As a Behavioural Strategist + Facilitator, Ryan uses his domestic and international experience across the education, mental health, child protection, and organisational wellbeing sectors to deliver outcomes for clients.

Mackayla Paul
Mackayla Paul
Content Marketing Manager

As our Content Marketing Manager, she embodies the Instagram generation; tech-savvy, vivacious and a little bit of an over-sharer. She loves it and so do we. If we’re completely honest, it has taken us a while to embrace social media and for too long we thought ‘going viral’ was something to avoid, but Mackayla has us all posting, sharing, swiping and liking like we never have before and it’s actually kinda fun. The fact you’re reading this now is probably due to her passion and hustle, so cheers for that Mac.

Kym Davis
Kym Davis
Creative Lead

Kym is an uber-talented creative who does much more than just schmick up our collaterals; she obsesses about engagement and workflow design. Having worked with some of the biggest brand agencies in Australia, we expected her to rock up Don Draper style on her first day; drinking Scotch at 10am in the morning. Turns out though, she has two little kids, so just craves adult company and LOTS of coffee.

Marlis Dendy
Marlis Dendy
Senior Designer

We’re a little obsessive about our brand and creative design work, so it takes a very special human to earn the password to photoshop. We’ve known Marlis for a while now and love her work, it was only a matter of time (and a few persuasion tactics) before she joined the team. She’s been running her own design studio for the past nine years, is a self-confessed computer nerd and if her attention to detail is anything to go by, she may be a little OCD too. Marlis is an early riser who loves a surf, so if you don’t find her deep in vectors in our GC office, she’ll be deep in a Burleigh barrel.

Rohan Dredge
Rohan Dredge
Executive Facilitator + Strategist

Rohan is best described as a ‘Leadership Whisperer’. With an innate talent for identifying blind spots in individuals, teams and organisations, Rohan is able to craft effective strategies that improve workplace culture and skyrocket performance outcomes. Specialising in intentionality and preparation, Ro is always aggressively well dressed and can rock a pocket square like no one else.

Kylie Fuller
Kylie Fuller
Head of Strategic Delivery
Kylie is our Head of Strategic Delivery and a long-time PT legend. We don’t know what we’d do without her at this point, she’s got PT in her DNA. When she’s not getting her pilates on from her home office she’s helping us manage the roll out and delivery of our big culture-change programs and virtual training delivery from the PTV studios. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, she really, really loves tea. Yep, white tea, black tea, green tea… it really doesn’t matter. I mean, you haven’t seen someone loving a cuppa until you’ve seen Kyles’s face light up when a steaming mug of English Brekky lands on her desk.
Lorena Clayton
Lorena Clayton
Organisational Psychologist

Lorena is our resident Organisational Psychologist and expert in the domains of Learning & Development, Executive Coaching and Change Leadership. With a passion for creating great workplace cultures and developing exceptional leadership capability, Lorena is a sought after keynote speaker, facilitator and change agent. Her vast knowledge and practical experience are frequently drawn upon in the development of our bespoke programs and change management initiatives. As a Fellow of the College of Organisational Psychologists and an Adjunct Associate Lecturer at the University of Queensland School of Psychology, Lorena places a strong emphasis on evidence-based practice and translating research into practical leadership strategies. Lorena fits the stereotype of the nerdy scientist by holding the dubious distinction of having watched Star Wars 17 times in one weekend. Sad but true.

Lisa Chesterfield
Lisa Chesterfield
Head of Ideation & Strategy

With her quick thinking and innovative ideas, Lisa would be an ideal person to be stuck on a deserted island with. In no time flat, Lisa’d have you living it up in a three-story, energy-generating tree complete with a competing islands commercial strategy (carved into coconut husks of course).

With a proven track record of applying design-thinking and human-centered solutions to complex business problems, Lis uses her EX and CX know-how to transform the workplaces we partner with. As far as smart cookies go, she’s no orange cream; much more like a kingston. Millenials are unlikely to get the reference, soz 🙁

In her own words, Lisa gets loads of energy operating at the intersection of humans, innovation, and technology. If you’re ready to transform the way you work, Lisa can lead the way.

Clarissa Dharmaseta
Clarissa Dharmaseta
Experience Strategist

Clarissa’s curiosity has taken her on quite the journey over the years. From kicking things off in marketing and public relations, Clarissa stumbled upon the wonderful world of consumer behaviour and customer psychology. This spark of genius led her down the winding path towards experience strategy, and we’re so glad we crossed paths when we did. With her passion for human-centered design and bucket loads of empathy, Clarissa has quickly become an integral part of the PT crew working with our clients on EX and CX strategies.

Dyllon Cross
Dyllon Cross
Videographer / Producer + AV Manager

After diving head-first into the world of virtual training, we knew we’d need a skilled filmmaker and storyteller to help us take our studios to the next level. Enter: Dyllon. With over 14 years of experience in the video production industry, Dyllon’s got the mad skills to make our even madder dreams of virtual training innovation a reality. Part tech junkie, part video producer and always on point, Dyllon is the calm technician in the storm that is live production and the creative mind behind our sensational videos.

Damian Glynn
Damian Glynn
Lead Facilitator

Damian, or ‘Damo’ as he’s known to the PT crew, is one of our legendary facilitators. He spends his days carving it up at the PTV studios, delivering exceptional virtual learning experiences for our clients.

After two decades of guiding people through transformation in the health industry, Damian draws from his own experience of leading an award-winning business coupled with an in-depth knowledge of human biology, to motivate and inspire the way people approach life and the third of their lives spent at work.

When he’s not channeling his passion into upbeat and entertaining sessions, Damian’s probably at home with his three sons and super talented wife. He loves his time on the jiu jitsu mats as much as a sneaky dad nap on the couch, sadly, both sometimes mean a sore neck for days afterwards…
